Fantastic fitness salad for anyone looking to lose weight

 INGREDIENTS

500 grams of carrots

200 grams of celery

2 apples

200 ml natural yoghurt

salt and pepper to taste

5 cloves of garlic

1 tbsp olive oil

PREPARATION

1. Finely grate the carrots, coarsely grate the celery and apples. Mix everything together.

2. Mix the salad with the yoghurt sauce. For the sauce, mix the yoghurt with the pressed garlic and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

3. The salad tastes best when left in the fridge for at least an hour. Then the tastes of all the ingredients have combined and the salad is even tastier than before.

4. It is also suitable during a diet because no mayonnaise or tartar sauce is used.
