The ingredients 🤗

150 milliliters of milk

40 milliliters of oil

3 tablespoons of fine sugar

7 tablespoons of white flour

one egg

7 grams of vanishing sugar

16 grams of sweet yeast

a spoonful of vinegar

pinch of salt

Hanging jam garnish

Preparation:

Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar in a mixer for about 5 minutes until fluffy.

Add the sifted flour to the mixture, baking powder and mix everything together. Then add oil and fanta. Mix everything carefully.

Spread the dough on a baking tray 25 x 38 cm in diameter lined with baking paper and place the fruit cubes evenly.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about half an hour.
