Ingredients:
1 kg of potatoes
4 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
30 g Parmesan Alternatively Sbrinz
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs (breadcrumbs)
1 tablespoon freshly chopped rosemary Alternatively dried oregano
1 tsp salt
0.5 teaspoons mild paprika

Preparation:
Wash potatoes and cut into pieces.
Using a grater or garlic press, add the garlic to the olive oil and the finely chopped rosemary. Mix in salt, pepper and paprika.
In a large bowl, mix the chopped potatoes with the spice oil. Add the parmesan and breadcrumbs (breadcrumbs) and mix again.
Place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with baking paper or a baking mat and place in the cold oven. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Then mix a little and turn up the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes.
