slow cooker barbequed beef ribs

 Steak with Pepper and Mushroom .... Steak meat is one of the distinguished meat recipes, its rapid maturity and its wonderful delicious taste, especially if it was prepared with a wonderful and kind mushroom and pepper sauce, try our special recipe from my lady's kitchen, for health and wellness


Ingredients

Steak: 4 slices (thick steaks)

Mushrooms: cup (sliced)

Meat broth: a cup

Cooking cream: a quarter cup

Butter: 4 tablespoons

Onion: 2 tablespoons (finely chopped)

Vegetable oil: a tablespoon

Flour: a tablespoon

Salt: a pinch

Black pepper: a pinch


How to prepare

Season the meat with salt and black pepper, and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour and a half.

In a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, put the oil and half the amount of butter, then add the meat slices and stir from time to time for 25 minutes until cooked.

To prepare the mushroom sauce: In the same pan, put the butter, then add the mushrooms and stir for two minutes, then add the onions, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and stir the ingredients a little.

Add broth and cream and stir until boiling.

Put the steak in a serving dish and serve with mushroom sauce.
