Ingredients
2 avocados
300 g cocktail tomatoes
1 red onion
½ bunch parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
1-2 limes
Salt pepper
chili flakes
n.e. other spices or herbs (see tips)
n.e. additional salad ingredients (see tips)
Instructions
Halve and squeeze the limes. Roughly chop the parsley.
Halve the avocado, remove the stone, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and cut into bite-sized pieces. Drizzle with lime juice immediately.
Peel the onion, halve and cut into strips. Halve or cut the tomatoes in smaller if you like.
For the dressing, mix the oil with the parsley and the spices well and mix with all the other ingredients into the avocado.
Leave for 10 minutes and then enjoy immediately.
