Your ingredients:

  • Butter sauce:
  • Sugar: three quarters of a cup
  • Butter: 1/3 cup (soft)
  • Water: 3 tablespoons
  • Vanilla: a tablespoon
  • Flour: 3 cups
  • Sugar: 2 cups
  • Salt: half a teaspoon
  • Baking powder: a teaspoon
  • - Yogurt: a cup
  • Butter: a cup (soft)
  • Vanilla: 2 teaspoons
  • Baking soda: half a teaspoon
  • Eggs: 4 grains


How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

Grease the cake pan with butter and flour.

Mix sugar, flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.

Add the yogurt, butter, vanilla and eggs and beat with an electric whisk on medium speed.

Pour the cake mixture into the prepared mold and put it in the oven for 50-60 minutes, until the cake is done.

Remove the cake from the oven and leave it to cool for ten minutes, then poke holes in the cake with a fork.

Prepare the sauce by mixing butter, sugar, water and vanilla in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture becomes smooth and hot.

Pour the mixture over the cake while it is warm, leave to cool slightly, then cut and serve.
