CHERRY CHEESECAKE LUSH DESSERT

 

Ingredients for making cheesecake without oven:


One and a half cups of crushed plain biscuits.


Half a cup of soft butter.


Half a cup of sugar.


- Half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon.


- 2 teaspoons lemon juice.


- Half a teaspoon grated lemon peel.


3 tablespoons of liquid milk.


- A cup of liquid cream for the annuals.


A cup of cream cheese at room temperature.


One tablespoon of gelatin powder.

How to make cheesecake without oven:


- Take a large bowl and put the crushed biscuits in it, then add a tablespoon of sugar and half a teaspoon of cinnamon, grate the lemon peel, and mix all the ingredients together.


Pour the lemon juice and soft butter over the biscuit mixture, and stir all the ingredients together until completely homogeneous.


- Bring a movable base tray, put the biscuit mixture, butter and lemon, and spread the mixture in the tray.


- Now put the cookie tray in the fridge and leave it for about 10 minutes, until the first layer of cheesecake is frozen.


- Now prepare the cheesecake filling, bring the electric mixer and put a cup of liquid cream in it, then add 2 tablespoons of sugar, mix all the ingredients together, then leave the mixture aside.


- Bring another bowl, mix the cream cheese with half a cup of sugar, and continue to beat until completely homogeneous, then leave the mixture aside.


Put the liquid milk and gelatin powder in a bowl, put the bowl on the fire, and keep stirring until the gelatin dissolves and do not let it boil.


- Now add the gelatin to the cream cheese, and continue to whisk and stir, then add the cream over the cheese and gelatin mixture, and continue to beat using an electric egg beater, on medium speed.


Pour a tablespoon of lemon juice over the gelatin and cheese mixture, and keep stirring.


- Now take out the biscuit mold from the refrigerator after it freezes, then put the filling mixture consisting of cream, cheese and gelatin, and distribute it well over the biscuit layer.


Cover the cheesecake tray and put it in the fridge for two hours.


- After taking out the tray, spread the cherry units on the face, cut them and serve them in a serving dish, here and on the lips
