Chocolate cake with two creams



INGREDIENTS

  • 200 GR OF GOOD QUALITY CHOCOLATE IN SMALL BITS
  • 50 GR OF CHOCOLATE WITH AT LEAST 70% COCOA

  • 200 GR OF CANE SUGAR
  • 200 GR OF SUPERFINE SUGAR
  • 200 G. OF VELO SUGAR
  • 3 EGGS
  • 0.75 DL. OF SOUR CREAM
  • THE CONTENTS OF HALF VANILLA BERRY
  • MILK Q.B.
  • 1.5 DL. OF CREAM
  • ONE BUTTER NUT
  • a hundred and fifty GR OF CHOCOLATE PLUS CHOCOLATE CURLS TO enhance

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, butter two identical trays with a diameter of 20 cm
