Chocolate Cake Without Oven

 Almost all of us like desserts, that sweet and very fat touch that appears at the end of the meal, which extends the after-meal conversation a little longer and is the perfect companion for a delicious and steaming cup of coffee.


Many times the only "but" of the dessert is that some of them need to be baked in the oven and more elaborate things... and not all of us have an oven...


But, with the recipe that I bring you today, that won't be a problem, a no-bake chocolate cake. I know, it's crazy, NO OVEN!


Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup of wheat flour
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ? cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¾ milk
  • 3 pieces of egg
  • Vanilla

Process:

In a bowl, crack the eggs, add the vanilla and sugar. We beat either with an electric hand or pedestal mixer or by hand with a balloon.


Once incorporated, sift flour, baking powder and cocoa powder on top. We also incorporate the vegetable oil and with a whisk, we emulsify everything


We are going to add the milk little by little and make sure that there are no lumps and we already have our chocolate cake base.


We are going to divide it into three equal parts and reserve.


Now, here comes the interesting part of the matter, this cake will be baked on the stove and for this, I leave you the procedure.


In a pan that has Teflon, grease with vegetable oil and pour one of the three parts, put it over low heat, covered perfectly. Cooking time tends to vary, but on average it will be about 15-20 minutes. The easiest way to know if the cake is ready is the almost clean toothpick in the center. As the biscuits are ready, set aside and let cool.


To accompany our cake we will make a very easy chocolate cream, we will need:


1 cup of whipping cream

250g semisweet chocolate


Process:

In a double-bottomed saucepan, heat the whipping cream, once it reaches a boil, remove from the heat and pour into a bowl where we previously placed the chocolate. Let cool.


To finish, we will place a sponge cake base, spread with enough chocolate cream, some sparks, fruits or nuts to taste and put the next sponge cake base and repeat the steps. To finish, we cover with the remaining chocolate cream and that's it! A chocolate cake, very easy, without oven and super delicious!
