INGREDIENTS
- 1 package (1.25 pounds) Kiolbassa Hickory Bacon
- 1 package (32 ounces) frozen Tater Tots
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper3 green onions
- chopped up
- 1 package (8 ounces) shredded Colby-Jack cheese
- optional ingredients
- sauce to serve
- a tablespoon of sour cream

prepare dinner Sir Francis Bacon till crisp and drain on paper towels. Shred and reserve
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Line the bottom of the baking dish with the tater toddlers.
In a large bowl, whisk collectively the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Add half the bacon, half the green onions, and half the cheese and toss well. Pour mixture evenly over tater tots.
Bake uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes or until eggs are set and tater tots are heated through. Sprinkle with remaining half of the bacon, spring onions, and cheese. Return dish to oven and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve hot with sauce.
