  • 80g of butter
  • 6 tablespoons gluten-free flour
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 12 walnuts
  • 120g blue cheese
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper

For the croquettes:

  • Gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • gluten free corn flakes
  • 2 eggs
  • abundant olive oil

How to prepare gluten-free Roquefort and walnut crispy croquettes:

  1. Chop the nuts into small pieces.
  2. warmth a skillet over medium warmth to soften the butter.
  3. Once melted, add the flour. Stir continuously until lightly toasted.
  4. Then add the milk and stir continuously to form a homogeneous mass, without lumps.
