healthy salad dressing

 A delicious and refreshing salad loaded with chicken and made with homemade and healthy ranch dressing. It will take you less than 30 minutes.

🥗🍱🍗Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast in small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 4 cups of vegetables
  • ¼ sliced small red onion
  • ¾ Cup of cherry tomatoes in half
  • ‍ English cucumber in slices
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • ‍ Cup of fresh or canned corn
  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
  • Sea salt and pepper

🥰👩🏻‍🍳Instructions

Start making homemade ranch dressing. Add all the ingredients to a small jar, put the lid on and then shake to emulsify.


Pour about 1/3 of the dressing over the chicken and allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes. Refrigerate remaining dressing until geared up to apply.


Then, heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet and add the chicken in a single layer. Cook until golden brown and cooked for about 5-7 minutes.


To gather the salad, add inexperienced to a large bowl. Cover with the remaining ingredients. ¡ Just before serving mix with the dressing and enjoy!
