Ingredients:
15 g unflavored gelatin
1 can of whole or vegetable milk without sugar
150 grams of
strawberries

Heat a ¼ cup of milk in a small saucepan and when it reaches a boiling point, add the gelatin, mix very well to dissolve it and avoid lumps. turn off the heat and let stand.
Wash and disinfect the strawberries, remove the green stem and cut into cubes.
Blend all the milk (the one with the dissolved gelatin and the one you reserved), add the strawberries and let a homogeneous mixture form.
Pour into a jelly mold and refrigerate until set. Unmold carefully and offer a slice to the whole family.
Tip: if any member of the family does not like sugar-free desserts, you can add a little condensed milk on top.
