Very easy! Pamper the children and not so children at home and prepare this recipe for dark chocolate truffles, decorate to your liking, perfect as a gift!
Ingredients:
- FOR 4 PEOPLE 120 ml whipping cream
- 200g dark chocolate
- 300 g Hazelnut Cream (nutella)
- 1 orange zest
- 100 g Walnuts finely chopped
- 100g grated coconut
Process:
HEAT the milk and when it boils, remove from the heat. Pour over the chocolate and allow sit down for two mins.
MIX until smooth. Add the hazelnut cream and integrate.
ADD orange zest and integrate. Place in a refractory and cover.
REFRIGERATE for one hour. Remove with a spoon and shape with your hands
BREADED with walnuts or coconut.
