Ingredients
- 1/2 Kilo of potatoes (4-5 un)
- 1 large carrot
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 Lemon
- 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1 natural smoothie yoghurt
- 1/2 package of chives finely chopped
Instructions
Step 1
1.- Peel and cut the potatoes into medium cubes, leave them in a pot with plenty of cold water. Also cut the carrot into cubes but small and also leave them in the pot; add the crushed garlic clove and salt. Bring to a high heat and cook for approximately 15 to 20 minutes until the potato cubes are al dente.
Step 2
2.- Remove from heat and drain, also remove the garlic clove and remove it. Separately, add the lemon juice with the mayonnaise and yoghurt, stir until smooth and obtain a sauce. Pour the potatoes and stir until they are well impregnated, decorate with the finely chopped chives and serve whenever you like.

3.- Finally you have your Mayo Potato Salad, enjoy them.
