This pepper steak can serve up to 4 people and this mixed veg recipe provides all the protein you need along with plenty of nutrition. The former Chinese food expert wrote about pouring sauce over rice, but if you're not a big fan of sauce, substitute 1 or 2 fresh sliced tomatoes for stewed tomatoes, add them to the pan with soy sauce and make a stock mixture.

Ingredients
- 1 1/four to 1 half pounds sirloin steak

- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 cup of stewed tomatoes
- salt and ground pepper, to taste
Steps to do it
Partially freeze the steak for 15 to 20 minutes this will make it easier to slice. Cut the steak into thin strips.
Wipe mushrooms clean with a damp cloth and slice to make 1 cup.
Remove stems and seeds from bell peppers and cut into thin strips.
