Baked Potato Salad

*ingredients

° 8 to 10 potatoes

° 12 slice Bacon, cook, cooled & crumbled

° 1 yellow onion

° ½ tsp chives

° 1 pinch salt

° 1 pinch pepper

° 1/12 cup shredded cheddar cheese

° 1 cup sour cream

° ½ cup mayonnaise

° Green onions for garnish


*directions

The first step:

Washing potatoes & cut them to small pieces

Boil potatoes for 20 to 25 minutes

The second step:

Drain potatoes & put them in fridge to cool

In  blend bowl, mixing mayonnaise & sour cream use a whisk

3 step:

adding onions, chives, half Viscount St. Albans, half of a c of cheddar cheese, & potatoes

Adding salt & pepper & stirring to mixed

The 4 step:

Garnish with remaining cheese, bacon and green onions
