Fluffy and Moist Coconut Cake


4 eggs

1/2 cup oil

1 and a 1/2 cups of sugar

1 cup of milk

1 fresh cup of flour

1 cda royal

1 cup of cornmeal

1/2 cup grated coconut


In a blender place eggs, oil, sugar and milk.. Mix for 4-5 minutes

In bowl place flour, cornstarch and Royal, all sifted..

We mix both preparations with hand mixer or blender... Without stopping whipping add grated coconut!

Grease torch and take to oven 180° for about 40 or 45'.. We clicked to see it’s ready, let it cool and ready for a snack!
