Checkerboard Cake

 Ingredients:

Base

corn starch 4 tsp.

250 grams of sugar.

vanilla extract 1 tbsp.

Walnuts 150 grams

Clear 4 units

white vinegar 1 tsp.

Prepare:

Base

Process the biscuit without crushing it completely.

Roast the nuts in the oven for a few minutes, then chop them into coarse slices.

Put the egg whites in the mixer and start whisking, once the bond is broken add one part sugar, when they start to stiffen add a second part sugar and when it becomes stiff add the third part, add the vinegar and vinegar. vanilla extract, beat a few more seconds and remove. Spread the rest of the white chocolate on silicone paper and draw 3 cm squares with a ruler, then cut them, and continue in the same way with the dark chocolate.

Put the filling in a wrapper.

Cover the surface of the cake with the mango squares, then cover it with the filling.

Arrange the white and dark chocolate squares in good alignment, distributing the colors over the filling, and placing the chess pieces on top.
