INGREDIENTS (10 PIECES)
- 100g of chocolate
- 150 g of butter + 1 walnut for the mussels
- 3 eggs
- 200g flour
- 150g caster sugar
PREPARATION:
Preheat the oven to 220°C (th. 7).
crush the chocolate and soften it in a bain-marie. Cut the butter into pieces and melt it in the same way. Put the eggs and the sugar in the bowl of the food processor fitted with the leaf. Activate the food processor, then add the flour, melted butter and chocolate. Beat until the batter is smooth.
Butter and flour ten muffin cups. Fill them three-quarters full with batter. Bake and cook for 20 mins. At the end of cooking, let the muffins cool down before unmolding them. Serve warm or cold.
