Butter cookies ๐Ÿช๐Ÿช๐Ÿช (30 portions)



Ingredients:

-300 grams of butter
-200 grams of sugar
-2 eggs
-500 grams of flour
-1 tablespoon of vanilla essence you can also use essence (coconut, almonds, walnut)

Preparation:


-Mix the butter (at room temperature) with the sugar.
-Add the eggs and the vanilla essence, keep stirring.
-Add the previously sifted flour and continue beating, when half of the flour is incorporated, knead by hand.
-Let the dough rest for an hour in the refrigerator covered with a transparent film.
-Preheat the oven to 180ยบ.
-Put the dough between two pieces of transparent kitchen plastic and with the help of a rolling pin, form a sheet half a centimeter thick.
-Cut the cookies with a cookie cutter and carefully place them on a non-stick baking tray.
-They are baked in approximately 15-20 minutes, until they look golden brown but still a little soft.
-Then let cool on a wire rack.
-Decorate as desired with frosting or melted chocolate.
