 - 1 sprig of finely chopped fresh parsley

 - 400 grams sliced ​​ham

 - 400 grams cheese to melt sliced ​​or grated.

 - 4 Tomatoes cut into slices

 - 1 white onion, sliced

 - 250 g. of yellow corn.

 - 500 g. Tomato sauce for pizza


 1• In a large bowl, mix the meat, eggs, bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.

 2• In a tray lined with vitafilm paper or aluminum foil. Spread the meat, covering the entire tray.

 3• On top, put the ham, the tomato, the onion, the yellow corn and cover with the cheese. (As shown in the picture).

 4• With the help of aluminum foil, roll up like a Swiss roll and cover the top with tomato sauce.

 5• Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven at 180 °C for about 1 hour.
