MINI CHURROS IN BOTTLE 😋

 


elements:

220g of flour

380ml of water

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon of sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

three eggs

100g of sugar

100g brown sugar

1 teaspoon floor cinnamon

White chocolate

bitter chocolate

guidance:

1. In a bottle cut the massive name with a heat knife.

2. In a pan, mix the salt, sugar, oil and mix nicely, add the flour, whilst cool enough mix inside the eggs.

three. switch the dough to the bottle, squeeze the churros into warm oil and fry until golden blend the sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon together and dip the churros into it.

4. Serve with melted chocolate.
