ROLLS OF CREPES WITH CHOCOLATE 😋



ingredients

For the crepes:

125g of flour

250 ml of milk

three eggs

10g of sugar

12ml of oil

2g of salt

For the filling and decoration:

Chocolate

Hazelnut cream

practise:

1. In a bowl upload the eggs, sugar, salt. mix with a mixer.

2. add the milk, oil and sifted flour and blend with the mixer. let it rest for half-hour

3. Bake in a greased pan on each aspects. Fold the pancake in half, placed the chocolate on it and roll it up.

four. decorate with hazelnut cream.
