CASSEROLE OF THE MINI DUMPLINGS


 INGREDIENTS:

4 people

2x mini dumplings (800 gr) fresh counter

300 grams of chicken breast

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

1 can of peas&roots

1 pepper traffic light

250 ml cream substitute or cream

250ml of water

2 tablespoons cream cheese

2 El Ajvar (here I am hot)

1 tbsp tomato paste

90-100 gr grated cheese for gratinating

oil for frying

Spices: nutmeg, chili, salt, pepper, sweet paprika.


MÉTHODE:

Cut the meat and sear it with the oil, throw in the garlic and pan briefly.

Chop the onion, paprika and toss it briefly, deglaze the whole thing with a sip of water.

Mix tomato paste, peas & roots well.

Deglaze the whole thing with the cream, and stir in cream cheese, ajvar, and 250 ml water!

Boil briefly, spices to taste.

Put dumplings (uncooked) in the casserole dish and pour over the prepared sauce.

  Mix everything in the mold and cover with cheese.

The whole thing in the preheated oven at 200 circulating air for 20-25 min!
