LEMON CAKE

 


 Ingredients:

  •  1 glass of sunflower oil (not full)
  •  1 glass of milk
  •  4 eggs
  •  300g flour
  •  300g sugar
  •  1 grated lemon
  •  2 envelopes royal yeast

 Preparation:

 1. Beat the eggs, sugar, lemon, milk, oil and flour with yeast with the rods.

 2. Preheated the oven stays at 180°C and we put the mixture in for about 40 min.  (Go checking)

 3. Let cool and sprinkle sugar on top
