• 1 package Tofu Firm

• 2 tbsp oil

• garlic

• 3 cups cooked rice

• 1 can corn (drained)

• 1/2 red bell pepper (diced)

• 1 1/2 carrots (peeled, diced)

• 1 cup purple cabbage (shredded)

• 1 cup edamame (steamed, shelled)

• 2 green onions, sliced for garnish

• 3 tbs nutritional yeast


• 1 tsp sesame oil

• 2 tbs coconut aminos

• 1 tsp sriracha


• First open and cube your package of tofu.

• Add to an airfryer, drizzle with avocado oil and cook at 400F until brown and crispy.

• To a warm skillet, add oil, garlic, bell pepper, carrot, and cabbage. Stir fry until garlic is fragrant. Just a few minutes.

• Add your rice, corn, and edamame.

• Combine all your sauce ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine.

• Add sauce into your pan along with the nutritional yeast.

• Stir for another few minutes until warmed through.

• Add cooked tofu. Toss. And add to your serving bowls.

• Garnish with green onion.
