VEGGIE GNOCCHI PAN



 INGREDIENTS:

 70g breakfast bacon 

 1 red bell pepper shot

 1 yellow bell pepper shot

 1 small zucchini

 2 packs.  filled gnocchis for frying (at 280g in the refrigerator, e.g. with cream cheese)

 100g cream cheese with herbs

 yes.  fresh herbs

 Besides

 2 EL on the Raps

 2 - 3 The milk

 Salt and pepper

 1 - 2 TL of mustard



 PREPARATION:

 1. Cutting bacon in stripes.  Cut paprika shoots in half, remove the seeds.  Washing paprika and cutting it into pieces.  Wash, clean, cut the zucchini in half and cut into slices.

 2. Heating oil in a large skillet.  Fry gnocchi in it all the way after the package.  Take it out and keep warm.  Add bacon and vegetables in the frying fat and fry for 5 minutes.  Stir cream cheese and milk, let it boil.  Season with salt, pepper and mustard.

 3. Put fried gnocchi in a pan, stir briefly and allow to warm.  Serve the gnocchi veggie pan sprinkled with fresh herbs as desired.
