Vanilla Muffins Recipe



  • 4 cups flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 and 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil (Cooking oil)


Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large mixing bowl, cream (mix) together the sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil until well combined.
Add the vanilla extract and milk to the mixture, and continue mixing until the ingredients are fully incorporated.

In another bowl, mix the flour and baking powder together.

Gradually add the flour and baking powder mixture to the wet ingredients, adding one cup at a time. Mix until the batter is smooth and well blended.
Grease your muffin pan or line it with paper cups.
Carefully pour the muffin batter into the greased muffin pan or paper cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Once baked, remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then, transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
